If for any reason the customer is not satisfied with an order, the items can be returned within fourteen (14) calendar days of the order’s delivery date for a refund or an exchange.
In this case, the customer is charged only with the direct cost of returning the products. (In case the customer chooses to send by Post, the company declares that it cannot pick up the product)
The customer has to inform the company by mail at [email protected] including the order number or by telephone at +302130417289 (Monday - Friday 10.00 - 17.00) within the above deadline.
Returns will be accepted after the necessary inspection. The products must be in excellent condition, exactly as received, without any damage to the packaging and without removing their special markings (badges / barcodes). Also, the customer should include a copy of the sales receipt.
Once the company has received the product, it will immediately process the customer's request, who will be informed by mail. After we receive and inspect products, money refunds will be completed within (14) working days. Please, send full account details (name, IBAN ) in the case of cash on delivery or bank transfer.
In case that the reason for the return of the products relates to a company error, the cost of returning the product is free of charge, provided that the return will be made with the courier's company.
If the customer wishes to exchange the product, must place a new order adding a note informing us that the order concerns a product exchange or you can inform us by mail at [email protected] or by phone at + 30 2130417289 (Monday - Friday 10 am - 5 pm) within the above deadline.
Alternatively, you can visit one of our stores with the product to be changed / returned and the receipt or invoice.
